Welcome to Easy AI For Business. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. 

1. About Us 
Easy AI For Business is operated by two sole traders: Ayesha Odey and Lehiowo Odey, based in the United Kingdom. Our service provides members with access to AI solutions such as chatbots and social media generators via a membership-based platform. 

2. Membership and Subscriptions 

  • Membership gives users access to a curated selection of AI tools and resources. 

  • Subscriptions are either monthly or annual and are billed accordingly via our secure payment provider. 

  • By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. 

3. Free Trial 

  • We may offer a 7-day free trial for new users. 

  • After 7 days, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. 

  • You agree that we are not obligated to provide reminders before the trial ends. 

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy 

  • At Easy AI For Business, we offer subscription-based digital services designed to support and streamline your business operations. By signing up for one of our plans—monthly or annual—you agree to the terms outlined below.

    • Annual Subscriptions: Non-refundable. You will retain access for the full period paid. 

    • Monthly Subscriptions: Non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and you will not be billed for the following month. 

  • No Refund policy

    • Once a member has subscribed and payment has been processed (monthly or annual), we do not offer refunds, in full or in part. This is because our services begin immediately upon activation and include access to proprietary digital tools, features, and content.

  • Digital Services and Your Right to Cancel

    • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers generally have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. However, this right does not apply once you have begun using a digital service that is fully functional and accessible immediately—provided that you agreed to this when signing up.

    • By subscribing to Easy AI For Business, you acknowledge and consent to the immediate provision of services and waive your right to a 14-day cancellation period.

  • Cancellations Going Forward

    • You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future payments:

    • Monthly subscriptions: will not renew after the current billing cycle.

    • Annual subscriptions: will remain active for the remainder of the year and will renew at the end of the term unless cancelled.

5. Access to AI Solutions 

  • Your membership includes access to tools that are hosted on external third-party platforms. 

  • We do not own or control these external sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or functionality. 

  • By clicking through to these tools, you agree to be bound by the terms and privacy policies of the respective third-party providers. 

6. Account Responsibility 

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 

  • You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and not to share your membership access. 

7. Intellectual Property 

  • All content, branding, and materials on our site remain the property of Easy AI For Business or our licensors. 

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our materials without prior written permission. 

8. Liability and Disclaimer 

  • Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that access to the website or tools will be uninterrupted or error-free. 

  • We are not liable for any issues arising from your use of third-party tools accessed via our platform. 

  • To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect or consequential loss. 

9. Amendments to Terms 

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or site notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. 

10. Governing Law 

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
